Friday afternoon with time to kill. But, not enough for a long route, so I just did my short figure of eight around the quarry and fields. Ground hard and frosty, puddles iced over, leaves crunching underwheel. Even the big muddy patch by the gate was frozen, and therefore rideable.
Rear tyre now swapped over, from my summer JJ to an Edna. From fast and light to nippy and grippy.
Life is good.
Paul.
