I've been off the bike for nearly a month, the usual story of work getting in the way of play. Overtime is good for the wallet but bad for riding, so this weekend I turned down the overtime when I was offered it as I've been really tired and I needed a rest.
All I did was my local figure of 8, not techy, not hard, just an hour spent enjoying being out on two wheels in the start of Autumn.
